The compact Confidence 20 takes the performance, the passion and the power of the range s larger speakers, and puts it on a stand.

We ve spent years looking at how we could improve on the previous range of Confidence speakers. And, after almost countless hours in design labs, our state-of-the-art Jupiter measuring facility, modelling and simulation suites and, of course, listening rooms we ve done it.

Like the rest of the range, the Confidence 20 features the all-new 28mm Esotar3 soft-dome tweeter, plus a new 18cm NeoTec MSP woofer and an innovative down-firing bass port. Its drivers feature cutting-edge developments in airflow technology (including a much larger rear chamber and optimized venting in the tweeter, plus the new resonance-stabilizing Hexis inner dome); simulation-derived diaphragm thickness; super-powerful neodymium magnets; and the new Compex front baffle.

The new 28mm Esotar3 soft-dome tweeter takes over 40 years of Dynaudio expertise, plus plenty of new learnings from the award-winning Esotar Forty unit and rolls it all into the finest tweeter we ve ever created. A powerful neodymium magnet system, innovations in airflow routing, the new resonance-busting Hexis inner dome it all combines to increase detail, clarity and sensitivity.

The new 18cm NeoTec MSP woofer also has neodymium under the hood, and uses glass-fiber in its voice-coil former for optimum stiffness. The voice-coil itself is aluminum, which lets us use the ideal weight (or lightness, depending on your point of view) for powerful and controlled bass as well as refined midrange. And the entire woofer motor has been designed to harness airflow using an innovative new venting system that s been machined directly into the magnet. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for products purchased within the last 30 days. You must call us to initiate a Return Authorization 800-820-6460.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Products MUST be in LIKE NEW Resalable condition.

You MUST have the ORIGINAL BOX and PACKAGING MATERIALS.

You MUST have all of the original accessories, manuals etc.

Your package should be INSURED for the FULL VALUE for your protection during return shipping.

Products that arrive not in original packaging, missing accessories, without a Return Authorization or damaged will be refused. Refunds are credited using the original payment method and they are usually credited within 10-15 business days upon receipt of your return.

Return & Exchange Limits
While we completely understand some products just don't fit the build or hit the mark we have a limit of 2 returns or exchanges per household in a 12 month period.

Order Cancellations
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once your order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to setup a return on this item please call us at 800-820-6460 and request a Return Authorization. Do not refuse your order as you will then be subject to shipping cost both ways.

If you wish to cancel an order placed during business hours, please contact us by phone by 3PM EDT on the same business day your order was placed. Excellent . Had a bit of an issue with the wireless connectivity but sorted that out with my service provider. Did open a case with Bluesound support which was good overall but they really did not attempt to troubleshoot. Just sent me some links . Back to the Node Icon a great streamer have used Quboz and Apple Music no issue and HI Res music is great on my vintage Marantz 2220 and Goldenear BRX speakers. I highly recommend the Node Icon. Also excellent experience with Safe and Sound quick delivery and will buy again from Safe and Sound.

I had to build a wall to put the JBL Arena 55IWs in. After doing so I am very impressed. They measure very well, with no notable issues at the crossover point of the woofers and tweeter; and with them being in walls, they address a lot of boundary related issues in the 80-300hz region, this makes subwoofer integration better as well.
