Payment Options

Pay by Mail In Check or Postal Money Order:

  • If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card or paying by check online, then you can mail in the payment for your order. If you mail in a postal money order or bank certified check, then your order will ship out as soon as we receive your payment.

  • Personal Checks

  • If you mail in a personal check, then you will have to wait for the check to clear your order is shipped ( 21 Business Days). When mailing in a personal check, please be sure to include two valid phone numbers and your drivers license number. The address on the check can not be a P.O. Box.

    Unless otherwise stated, most items ship in the original manufactures box. This means the product name may be visible. Some orders may be shipped signature required at our shipping departments discretion. All items are shipped fully insured. Should you have any special shipping requests, please contact us by phone prior to placing your order.

    Unless otherwise specified we ship all orders via UPS & FEDEX GROUND .

    Free Shipping Exclusions:
    Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska shipments DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. Prior to placing your order, please call us at 800-820-6460 to request a shipping quote to your address.

    Safe and Sound will attempt to get your order to you in the fastest possible way. In some circumstances, products such as Home Theater components may require special ordering. In this case, we will special order for your individual needs no matter what the amount of the order us. Therefore, we can have your special ordered item ship within 7-10 business days only! Ask for an estimate at the time of purchase. Once shipped, your shipment confirmation along with tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
