The Arcam ST60 sounds clear, instruments are distinct, bass is tight and correctly present, and vocals are realistic and lovely. There is no longer a dedicated Arcam app, but I use the Tidal app which works, but it's apparent that this is a 2019 design. The software update required to stream FLAC in max resolution through Tidal required using a PC and the file downloaded from the Arcam website. Some computer literacy is required and the possibility of bricking the ST60 with a future update is a concern. But paying $695 for a $1650 list unit is an excellent value for the sound quality which is still head and shoulders above any other streamer <$1000 today. I recommend the ST60 now but will be watching as this quickly changing product type advances.
Talked with Jacob on the phone as I enquired about using using the focal as a center channel over my existing Super Sat 60c. Jacob knows the product and I purchased a open box and couldn't be more happier with the Focal. Item was double boxed and was shipped timely. Good job Safe and Sound.
I have connected the transport via I2S to a separate DAC in about the same price range and then using analog outputs to a dedicated input on my processor for direct DSD.
. It’s the best sound I have ever had in my room. The quality of the transport is very impressive. The only problem I’ve experienced is I haven’t gotten used to taking the disc out of the player with the puck, but I look forward to perfecting that move with practice!

Sounds really good now that I've worked out the connection bugs. I couldn't make the system work with the HDMI 2.0 of my 2013 TV because of HDCP 2.2 connection issues. Seems fine with a new TV.

The subwoofer arrived as described so I am a happy camper. This is the 2nd one for me so I can run two with my 2-channel system.
I’ve been using this on the recommendation of the sales rep in the store with a set of B&W 606S speakers. Drives them fantastically.
The player sounds terrific. Playing music from a USB flashdrive is super convenient and sounds as good as playing CDs. Operating the player from the app isn't as good as it could be, but it provides more functions than the remote control.
Fantastic high current integrated amplifier. The build quality is top notch at this price point. The PMA series is made in Japan. The power output is underrated at 70 wpc into 8 ohms and 140 wpc into 4 ohms. It’s closer to 90 into 8 ohms and 150 into 4 ohms. Those figures are based on bench test results I’ve seen online. You can really hear it too. Easily drives my speakers to a high level. I don’t need to turn the beefy volume knob past 10 o’clock to hit levels close to 85 db. The sound quality is rich and detailed. I have it setup to analog 2/source direct mode to achieve the cleanest signal bypassing all digital circuits. I can’t wait to connect this amp to the new Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G’s that I just ordered. I have a feeling it’s gonna be a great pairing.

Great player. The only problem is with gapless playing of continuos music where the breaks between the songs are still there between songs. That should not be happening.
Noticeable improvement in bass and clarity. (we have wood floors) over our basement area. As always, excellent advice and quick shipment
Sounds and looks fantastic. If a premium cable is what you want, look no further. It’s probably safe to spend the extra $ and get some length for slack, just my two cents.
I’m kinda blown away by these speakers! They exceed expectations! I had the motion f20s that were six years old and I was apprehensive that this investment might not be that noticeable (I really liked the f20s and still do)
But this is a pretty big improvement. The sensitivity allows for better performance at lower volume. Hearing details that seem new and improvements on older recordings.
Buy these speakers if you can, they are on sale with retailers, but I appreciate how safe and sound dealt with me. One complaint, is using UPS guarantees a significant wait time.
