RJ/E Forest prepared Cat 7 Ethernet cables use use solid 0.5% Silver conductors, which completely eliminate strand interaction, one of the biggest sources of distortion in cables, for clearer, more dynamic and involving sound. Superior conductor metals minimize distortion by having fewer grain boundaries and less impurities (such as oxides) at those boundaries. Solid High-Density Polyethylene (PE) insulation helps maintain critical signal-pair geometry. Of course all AudioQuest Ethernet cables honor the directionality inherent in all analog and digital audio cables; arrows on the jackets indicate the direction (from source to destination) for the best audio performance.

Over the past several years there's been a revolution in the way people store, distribute, and access digital media (in real time), including photos, movies, and, of course, music. No longer dependent on physical media, our media is often data that's moved from multiple devices to multiple locations. For audio applications and protocols, audio over Ethernet offers the virtues of high-speed, low time delay (latency), significant distance capability (328 feet without an active booster or repeater), and extremely low-jitter, bit-perfect communication. Who wouldn't want all of these things?

SOLID 0.5% SILVER CONDUCTORS
Solid conductors minimize the harmful effects of both electrical and magnetic strand-to-strand interaction. For digital cables, whose signals are of such high frequency that they travel almost exclusively on the surface of the conductor, increasingly thick layers of silver plating are applied to AudioQuest’s Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors to further improve Noise-Dissipation. Placing the superior metal on the outside of the conductor produces the greatest benefit on overall performance—a superbly cost-effective way to maximize a digital cable.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for products purchased within the last 30 days. You must call us to initiate a Return Authorization 800-820-6460.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Products MUST be in LIKE NEW Resalable condition.

You MUST have the ORIGINAL BOX and PACKAGING MATERIALS.

You MUST have all of the original accessories, manuals etc.

Your package should be INSURED for the FULL VALUE for your protection during return shipping.

Products that arrive not in original packaging, missing accessories, without a Return Authorization or damaged will be refused. Refunds are credited using the original payment method and they are usually credited within 10-15 business days upon receipt of your return.

Return & Exchange Limits
While we completely understand some products just don't fit the build or hit the mark we have a limit of 2 returns or exchanges per household in a 12 month period.

Order Cancellations
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once your order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to setup a return on this item please call us at 800-820-6460 and request a Return Authorization. Do not refuse your order as you will then be subject to shipping cost both ways.

If you wish to cancel an order placed during business hours, please contact us by phone by 3PM EDT on the same business day your order was placed. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be examined on a case-by-case basis. We offer no guarantee that your order will be able to be canceled after this time period. Excellent . Had a bit of an issue with the wireless connectivity but sorted that out with my service provider. Did open a case with Bluesound support which was good overall but they really did not attempt to troubleshoot. Just sent me some links . Back to the Node Icon a great streamer have used Quboz and Apple Music no issue and HI Res music is great on my vintage Marantz 2220 and Goldenear BRX speakers. I highly recommend the Node Icon. Also excellent experience with Safe and Sound quick delivery and will buy again from Safe and Sound.

I had to build a wall to put the JBL Arena 55IWs in. After doing so I am very impressed. They measure very well, with no notable issues at the crossover point of the woofers and tweeter; and with them being in walls, they address a lot of boundary related issues in the 80-300hz region, this makes subwoofer integration better as well.
