Pay by Mail In Check or Postal Money Order:

If you don't feel comfortable using your credit card or paying by check online, then you can mail in the payment for your order. If you mail in a postal money order or bank certified check, then your order will ship out as soon as we receive your payment.
Personal Checks
If you mail in a personal check, then you will have to wait for the check to clear your order is shipped ( 21 Business Days). When mailing in a personal check, please be sure to include two valid phone numbers and your drivers license number. The address on the check can not be a P.O. Box.

Safe and Sound will attempt to get your order to you in the fastest possible way. In some circumstances, products such as Home Theater components may require special ordering. In this case, we will special order for your individual
needs no matter what the amount of the order us. Therefore, we can have your special ordered item ship within 7-10 business days only! Ask for an estimate at the time of purchase. Once shipped, your shipment confirmation along with tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

If the price of a part on your order has changed, we will inform you via phone or email and request authorization for the new price to be charged. At this time, you will also have the option of canceling the part from your order or switching to a different part.
Safe and Sound is not responsible for part numbers/descriptions that are changed or superceded by the manufacturer. We strive to keep the information listed on our web site up to date, but occasionally a part will be changed/superceded/discontinued without our knowledge. Our product descriptions are taken directly from the manufacturer's catalogs and web sites. We are only able to provide the description that the manufacturer has supplied us with, and we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in these descriptions. If you wish to cancel an order placed during business hours, we must receive an order cancellation request within 4 hours of your order being placed. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be examined on a case-by-case basis. We offer no guarantee that your order will be able to be canceled after this time period. If your order is placed outside business hours, your email MUST be received by 9AM EST. on the following business day. Again, cancellation requests submitted outside this time period are NOT guaranteed, and are examined case-by-case.
